Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate all of our clients. However, in order to provide the best service to everyone, we ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of the total service fee will be charged. No Future Use: The cancellation charge will not be credited toward a future appointment. We kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can prevent this charge from being applied. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
